Some integrations are syncing more slowly than usual
Sync & History
Resolved — This incident has been resolved. Since 10:05 (+07) on 08 Oct, syncs have been completing in their normal time.
What happened: our sync processing was not using its infrastructure resources efficiently, and sync work was not being spread evenly across our servers. Some servers carried far more than their share of the load, and syncs running on them slowed down.
What we changed: we optimised our sync processing so it needs fewer resources for the same work, and improved how sync work is load-balanced across our servers. No data was lost, and syncs that were delayed during the incident completed without any action on your part.
We are sorry for the slowdown, and for how late this update is. On 07 Oct we promised another update within 60 minutes; this resolution is being published on 13 Oct.
Update — Since around 01:00 (+07), part of our sync processing has been running under higher load than usual, and some integrations may take longer than normal to complete a sync. Integrations are still running and no data has been lost; delayed syncs will complete as capacity frees up.
Our engineering team is investigating. We will post another update within 60 minutes.
